Mutual learning among companies of different industries
involve efforts that aim to build connections between
people, in which we and workers in various
non-automobile
manufacturing industries, such as seafood
processing and agriculture, can learn from each other
about manufacturing in these industries, and continue
to improve our work through our wisdom and ingenuity.
The employees we dispatch from our company also
experience the thinking of other industries, which helps
them expand their vision and grow a lot as workers.
This is why we refer to these activities as mutual learning.

We quickly start on restoration work for factories hit
by natural disasters and have supported them in
restarting production.
We aim to be rooted in our community so that local people
can be thankful for Toyota Motor East Japan’s efforts.

students from neighboring prefectures, as well as new
employee training sessions for dealerships.

have our factory open for visits from community residents.
